Hi!!!

I'm Allan Thompson.  I love to dance, Ballroom, Latin, Swing and Country.   

Why the website?  I noticed that there are a lot of people who also love to dance but they do not always find it easy to keep in touch with what's happening where and when.  Most dancers are familiar with what dances they regularly attend and the lessons they regularly take.  But many dancers find out only too late about lessons dances and events in the area.  Hence the idea.  Why not one website acting as a clearing house where one can get information about all the dances in the Edmonton area?

After 30 years as an adult educator I retired (age 55) to Edmonton where I dance as much as I can.  I taught dance on a volunteer basis northern communities where I worked.  I love teaching dance!  If you have the inclination to learn to dance I could be your key.
